Welcome to Nursery and EYFS

In Nursery and Early Years, we provide a nurturing, happy and stimulating environment where every child feels safe, valued and excited to learn. Our curriculum is carefully designed to support children’s early development and foster a love of learning from the very start.

Play is at the heart of learning in the Early Years. Through purposeful play, stories, songs and hands-on experiences, children develop key skills such as speaking, listening, problem-solving, creativity and early reading and writing. Staff carefully observe and support each child, ensuring learning is personalised and builds on their interests and strengths.

We place a strong emphasis on personal development, helping children to build confidence, independence and positive relationships with others. By the end of Reception, children are happy, curious learners who are well prepared for the transition into Key Stage 1.
